Shipping policy
Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard shipping: 3–10 business days
- Express shipping: 1–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at fulltiltfoiling@gmail.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
